OUR STOCK STATUSES
IN STOCK – Item is in stock and usually available for immediate dispatch
DISPATCH IN 1-2 DAYS – Item is not available for immediate dispatch. It usually takes between 1-2 days for us to dispatch your order.
DISPATCH IN 2-3 DAYS – Item is not available for immediate dispatch. It usually takes between 2-3 days for us to dispatch your order.
DISPATCH IN 2-5 DAYS – Item is not available for immediate dispatch. It usually takes between 2-5 days for us to dispatch your order.

Depending on stock availability, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same working day.

Please note, same day dispatch is only possible if all items ordered are in stock, and in the required quantity

We are unable to guarantee next day delivery. If Next Day delivery is critical, please contact us to confirm items are available for immediate dispatch and that any delivery requirements can be achieved.

In the unlikely event we are unable to dispatch you order within the timeframe stated at time of ordering, you will be contacted by our customer services team to advise of a revised Delivery Estimate; which will allow you to make the decision of continuing with your item/order and waiting for the item to come into stock, or cancel the item/order for a refund.
If you do have other items on your order which are In Stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the other products for delivery within 24-48hrs.

*Delivery to remote locations, including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands Addresses, can take an additional 2-3 days for delivery to be completed.

In the event of nobody being at the delivery address upon attempt of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery. You may have the option to retrieve your parcel from your local Post Office.

Some items and addresses attract a delivery charge regardless of order value such as orders going to Northern Ireland, or orders for Cable/Solar Panels etc.

We ship via trusted and dependable couriers, however once any parcel has been collected from our premises, we have no control over when, how or where that parcel will be delivered (nor can we make any guarantees about the status of your parcel
Once you have received your Tracking ID, please use the links below to track the status of your parcel with either Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
DAMAGED GOODS/SHORT DELIVERY
We must be informed of damages, shortages, or delivery errors via email within 3 days of goods being received, please include photographic evidence.
If your parcel arrives and damage is visible upon delivery, please ensure the consignment is either refused or signed for as damaged.
Claims for delivery shortages, damage or errors WILL NOT be considered outside of the 3-day period, which includes weekends and bank holidays.
TRACKING
If tracking confirms delivery of your parcel, but it has not been delivered, please email us within 7 days of tracking confirming delivery.
We will investigate with our couriers, who can take up to 28 working days to come back to us, they may contact you directly for further information. We are happy to offer a refund or replacement (if applicable) upon hearing back from our couriers with an update to our query.
If goods are required urgently, we advise placing a new order and a refund would then be issued for the original order (if applicable).
We are unable to re-dispatch goods or offer a refund until our courier’s investigation is complete.

EUROPEAN ORDERS and REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Unfortunately, the Brexit customs rules on sending goods to Europe and Ireland have become more complicated, meaning that we would need to increase costs to you to account for import tariffs, import-export agents and other related industries.
In order to keep our costs competitive, we are unable to facilitate online ordering for deliveries to Europe and Ireland. Please contact our sales team for a quote.
