Effective Condensation and Mould Control

The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon PoziDry Pro uses positive input ventilation technology to address common household problems associated with excessive moisture, condensation and poor indoor air quality.

Installed within the loft, the unit draws in air, passes it through integrated filters and gently distributes it into the home through a ceiling-mounted diffuser. The incoming filtered air helps dilute and displace moisture-laden indoor air, encouraging stale air to leave through existing ventilation openings and natural leakage paths.

This continuous ventilation process helps create a fresher indoor environment and reduces the conditions that encourage condensation and mould growth.

SmartSense™ Intelligent Ventilation Control

The integrated SmartSense™ control system simplifies installation, commissioning and ongoing ventilation management. Installers can select the appropriate property size based on the number of bedrooms, allowing the unit to automatically configure suitable Trickle and Energy Recovery airflow settings.

Ventilation speeds can also be adjusted manually when required, while the lockable control interface helps prevent unauthorised changes to the configured settings.

SmartSense™ additionally provides operational data logging, recording running time at different fan speeds and the number of days the unit has been powered. This information supports maintenance checks and ventilation performance monitoring.

The PoziDry Pro is designed for quick and convenient installation in domestic loft spaces. High-sided anti-vibration mounting legs and a hanging kit are supplied as standard, allowing installers to select the most suitable mounting method.

The mounting legs accommodate standard joist spacings between 300mm and 650mm, while clip-and-fit connections simplify assembly. An integrated carrying handle makes the lightweight unit easier to transport through loft hatches.

The supplied ceiling diffuser can be positioned above the stairwell, on a landing or within a central hallway to encourage effective air circulation throughout the dwelling.

Discreet Ceiling Diffuser with Smart Air™ Technology

The supplied white circular ceiling diffuser features a low-profile design that blends discreetly into domestic interiors.

Its four-point contact fixing system supports quick, drill-free fitting and helps achieve a neat installation against uneven ceiling surfaces.

Smart Air™ technology is designed to reduce air supply noise while improving airflow performance by up to 10%. Integrated clip-in blanking plates allow installers to direct airflow according to the property's layout.

Additional Installation Information

For effective whole-house air circulation, internal doors should provide suitable airflow paths. Where a 10mm door undercut is not available, an optional air replacement grille set may be required.

The optional telescopic grille set fits discreetly to either side of an internal door and is suitable for door thicknesses of at least 30mm. Grille dimensions are 454 x 90mm.
