The Timeguard THELUXAS180BK Theben theLuxa S180 is an IP55 wall-mounted PIR motion detector designed for reliable automatic lighting control in outdoor areas. Finished in black, it uses passive infrared technology to detect movement and activate connected lighting according to the selected brightness level and switch-off delay.

The adjustable sensor head can be rotated horizontally by ±90° and tilted downwards by 30°, allowing the detection area to be positioned to suit the installation. Mixed light measurement provides compatibility with fluorescent, incandescent, halogen and LED lighting, while zero-cross switching helps protect the relay when controlling higher lamp loads.
