Kinetic Wireless Receiver - Standard On/Off Control for Emergency Key Switch

Note: The retractive switch modules behave differently with the SKIN-3 receiver compared to SKIN-1, SKIN-2, and SKIN-4.
With SKIN-3, programming the “up” and “down” buttons means that each direction acts as a toggle:

Pressing up once turns the light on, and pressing up again turns it off.
Similarly, pressing down once turns the light on, and pressing down again turns it off.

This is different from the way these switches work with the other SKIN receivers.
