The Hyco SF10LSS Speedflow 10L Unvented Water Heater is a compact and efficient hot water solution designed to provide mains pressure hot water to multiple outlets. Featuring a durable 10-litre stainless steel tank and 2.0kW heating element, it is ideal for handwashing, light washing-up and other everyday hot water requirements.
Suitable for kitchens and cloakrooms in offices, shops, student accommodation, domestic extensions and similar applications, a single Speedflow Stainless unit can supply hot water to up to three basins. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for discreet installation inside a kitchen under-sink cupboard where space is limited.
With an ErP A energy efficiency rating, external temperature adjustment and frost protection setting, the SF10LSS combines convenient temperature control with reliable everyday performance. The stainless steel water tank provides excellent durability, while mains pressure operation allows the heater to be used with standard taps, including mixer taps.

Safety & Protection
- Manual-reset overheat temperature protection
- Supplied 6 bar pressure relief valve must be fitted in every installation
- Frost protection provided when the heater remains powered
- Optional thermostatic mixing valve can be used to maintain a constant and safe hot water temperature at the outlet
Installation Requirements
- Must be installed by a suitably qualified person
- Can be positioned above or below the sink, but the inlet and outlet connections must remain at the top
- Flexible hoses are recommended to facilitate future maintenance
- The thermal cut-out is located behind the front panel
- Requires 2 x 15mm compression to 1/2" BSP female adaptors – not supplied
- Installation must comply with current IET regulations
- The heater should be connected to the property's fixed wiring through a suitably rated isolating switch with at least 3mm contact separation in all poles
Water Regulations & Accessories
Additional accessories may be required to comply with Water Regulations. A pressure reducing valve is required where the incoming water pressure exceeds 4.2 bar. An expansion vessel and check valve are required where there is a cold water draw-off close to the heater. Suitable Speedflow accessory kits are available separately.

Maintenance Note
The replaceable grey magnesium anode should be inspected at least annually and more frequently in areas with scale-forming or aggressive water conditions.
