The DexPro DXI35DT Delux 3.5kW Inline Instant Water Heater provides convenient point-of-use hot water without requiring a storage tank. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for hand washing applications where installation space is limited, including offices, shops, factories, schools, universities, hospitals and modular buildings.

Featuring a high-efficiency cast aluminium heating element, the DXI35DT heats water as it flows through the unit. A digital temperature display and accurate touch controls provide convenient adjustment and clear visibility of the selected water temperature.

The achievable outlet temperature depends on both the incoming water temperature and flow rate. A lower flow rate will generally provide a greater temperature rise, while a higher flow rate will result in cooler outlet water. For the 3.5kW model, a flow rate below 2 litres per minute is recommended, and the use of a flow restrictor or spray head tap nozzle can help achieve the desired performance.

Seasonal variations in incoming mains water temperature should also be considered. For example, at a flow rate of approximately 1.5 litres per minute, the unit may deliver around 49°C water with a 15°C summer inlet temperature or around 44°C with a 10°C winter inlet temperature. Actual performance will vary according to the incoming water temperature and flow rate.

With 1/2 inch inlet and outlet connections, a pre-wired cable and compact dimensions of just 210 x 160 x 50mm, the DXI35DT provides a space-saving instant hot water solution for compatible point-of-use installations.
