The Collingwood HBAS1V40EMS Flex Emergency High Bay is a high-performance, wattage-switchable LED luminaire designed for commercial, industrial and high-ceiling applications. Offering selectable 100W, 125W and 150W outputs with efficiency of up to 150lm/W, it delivers powerful 4000K neutral white illumination while providing integrated emergency functionality.

Designed for flexible and energy-efficient installations, the HBAS1V40EMS supports 0-10V dimming and a range of plug-in Zhaga sensor options. Its compact construction, removable driver and pre-wired supply cable help simplify installation and maintenance, while the IP65-rated aluminium housing provides reliable protection in demanding environments.
