Note: The retractive switch modules behave differently with the SKIN-3 receiver compared to SKIN-1, SKIN-2, and SKIN-4.
With SKIN-3, programming the “up” and “down” buttons means that each direction acts as a toggle:

• Pressing up once turns the light on, and pressing up again turns it off.
• Similarly, pressing down once turns the light on, and pressing down again turns it off.
