The EnviroVent MEV300FT-W Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) Unit is a powerful, energy-efficient system designed to provide continuous ventilation and maintain healthy indoor air quality. Featuring Intellitrac® humidity tracking and compatibility with the EnviroVent Fast Track ducting system, this unit offers fast installation and intelligent moisture control for modern residential and communal buildings.

Delivering airflow rates of up to 103l/s (370 m³/hr), the MEV300FT-W extracts moisture-laden air from multiple wet rooms simultaneously, helping to prevent condensation and reduce humidity migration throughout the property. It is suitable for houses, apartments and shared residential buildings such as care homes and student accommodation, supporting ventilation for a kitchen plus up to six additional wet rooms.

Compact & Installer-Friendly Design

The MEV300FT-W has been developed to simplify installation while delivering powerful ventilation performance. With its slim 160mm profile and lightweight construction, it is ideal for installations where space is limited. The unit can be installed horizontally on floors or ceilings, or vertically on walls, providing maximum flexibility.

Six twist, fix and release duct entry points allow duct connections to be easily configured during installation. A push-button commissioning pad allows installers to quickly set the correct airflow rate.

Fast Track Ducting System

The MEV300FT-W is designed to integrate with the EnviroVent Fast Track ducting system, allowing installation to be completed up to twice as quickly compared with traditional screw-and-glue ducting methods. This system also provides airtight connections and improved energy efficiency.

Intelligent Humidity Control

With Intellitrac® humidity tracking included as standard, the MEV300FT-W continuously monitors humidity levels within the property and adjusts the fan speed accordingly. This automatic response ensures effective control of condensation while maintaining energy-efficient operation.

The unit also supports AirSens® indoor air quality sensors, allowing the system to react to changes in carbon dioxide (CO?), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and humidity levels. When air quality drops, the unit automatically increases extraction rates to maintain a healthier indoor environment.

AirSens® Indoor Air Quality Monitoring

Optional AirSens® sensors provide a simple colour-coded display showing the current air quality:

• Red – Poor air quality
• Amber – Moderate air quality
• Green – Good air quality

AirSens® sensors can monitor:

• Carbon dioxide (CO?)
• Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
• Relative humidity

Environmentally Responsible Design

The MEV300FT-W has been designed with sustainability in mind. The unit is manufactured largely from recyclable materials, helping reduce landfill waste while allowing components to be easily replaced. Combined with highly efficient DC motor technology, the system delivers very low energy consumption and reduced carbon emissions.
