The EnviroVent MEV300-W Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) Unit is a powerful and energy-efficient ventilation solution designed to provide continuous airflow and maintain healthy indoor air quality. Featuring Intellitrac® humidity tracking and supplied with a wireless remote control, the unit automatically adjusts its performance in response to changing humidity levels to help prevent condensation and damp.

With airflow rates of up to 103l/s (370 m³/hr), the MEV300-W extracts moisture-laden air from multiple wet rooms simultaneously. This helps reduce humidity migration throughout the property and ensures effective ventilation in houses, apartments and communal living environments such as care homes or student accommodation. The system can support ventilation for a kitchen plus up to six additional wet rooms.

Compact & Installer-Friendly Design

The MEV300-W has been designed with installers in mind. Its slim 160mm profile and lightweight construction make it suitable for installations where space is restricted. The unit can be mounted horizontally on floors or ceilings, or vertically on walls, providing maximum flexibility across different property layouts.

Six twist, fix and release duct entry points allow for easy duct configuration during installation. The push-button commissioning pad enables installers to quickly set the required airflow rate, simplifying setup and ensuring optimal performance.

Fast Track Ducting Compatibility

The MEV300-W can also connect to the EnviroVent Fast Track ducting system, enabling installations to be completed up to twice as fast as traditional screw-and-glue ducting methods. This system provides a reliable airtight connection while helping to maintain energy efficiency.

Intelligent Humidity Control

With Intellitrac® humidity tracking built in as standard, the MEV300-W constantly monitors humidity levels and adjusts fan speed accordingly. This ensures effective moisture control while maintaining energy-efficient operation without requiring manual adjustments.

The unit is also compatible with AirSens® indoor air quality sensors, enabling automatic response to changes in CO? levels, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and relative humidity. When air quality decreases, the system automatically increases extraction rates to restore a healthy indoor environment.

AirSens® Indoor Air Quality Monitoring

Optional AirSens® sensors provide a simple colour-coded display showing current air quality levels:

• Red – Poor air quality
• Amber – Moderate air quality
• Green – Good air quality

AirSens® sensors can monitor:

• Carbon dioxide (CO?)
• Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
• Relative humidity

Environmentally Responsible Design

The MEV300-W has been developed with sustainability in mind. The unit is manufactured largely from recyclable materials, helping to reduce landfill waste while allowing components to be easily replaced if required. Combined with efficient DC motor technology, the system offers very low energy consumption and reduced carbon emissions.
