This range ensures practical functionality while supporting accessibility through visual contrast, making it suitable for both residential and commercial environments.

Part M guidelines recommend that switches contrast with the front plate, and the front plate contrasts with the wall. With a Light Reflectance Value (LRV) of approximately 8.9, this faceplate helps to achieve the recommended 30% LRV contrast, aiding compliance and enhancing usability.
