The LIVE Electrical SPV340T 3-Pole Type 1+2 DC Surge Protection Device (SPD) is engineered for maximum protection of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and other high-voltage DC installations. Designed for use in lightning-prone and industrial environments, it safeguards electrical systems against both direct lightning strikes (Type 1) and indirect surge events (Type 2), ensuring long-term reliability and system safety.

Built with advanced high-energy varistors and integrated thermal disconnects for fault indication, this SPD offers a fast response time of less than 25 nanoseconds. The plug-in protection module simplifies installation and maintenance, while its robust construction ensures excellent resistance to harsh weather conditions.
