Kidde RBUN Mains Trigger Input & Relay Module with Alkaline Battery Back-Up

The Kidde RBUN is a 230v AC mains-powered, surface mounting relay module with 9v alkaline battery back-up.

Triggering this device will cause interlinked smoke, heat or carbon monoxide alarms to sound and the relay to activate when an interconnected sprinkler system is activated. The RBUN can also be used as an interface with other auxiliary devices with a normally-open (N/O) contact, such as manual call points.

Key Features:

• Trigger - Causes interlinked smoke, heat, carbon monoxide alarm(s) to sound alarm in the temporal three (smoke alarm pattern) and the relay to activate when an interconnected sprinkler system is activated. Can also be used as an interface with other auxiliary devices with a NO volt-free contact, such as manual call points.
• Relay with volt-free contacts - Relay activates when interlinked smoke / heat alarm(s) sound an alarm. The installer MUST pre-select the Selector switch on relay module selected to ‘SMOKE’ OR Relay activates when the interlinked carbon monoxide alarm(s) sound an alarm. The installer MUST pre-select the Selector switch on relay module to ‘CO’.
