The Deta Vimark 4700ZTH extractor fan is purpose-built for safe installation in Zone 1 bathroom areas, offering quiet, efficient ventilation with advanced moisture control. With an extraction rate of 24 litres per second (88m³/hour) and a low operating noise of 26dB @ 3m, it provides effective steam and odour removal while maintaining a comfortable environment. This model features both an adjustable overrun timer (2–30 minutes) and a humidistat (adjustable 60–90% RH), allowing the fan to automatically activate when humidity rises. Slim in design, it is suitable for through-wall applications or short ducting runs up to 2m. Built with an IP45 rating for enhanced moisture protection and a one-shot thermal fuse for safety, the 4700ZTH is fully compliant with BS EN 60335-2-80 and Building Regulations Approved Documents F & L1.
